A continental breakfast is available every morning at the accommodation. We loved everything. The hotel is on the hill so the rooms have incredible view. You can reach the bottom of the hill by the elevator, it’s very convenient. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The parking was convenient. Breakfast was delicious, including basque cheesecake and cava. Will definitely stay in this hotel on our next trip.

We enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant and the quality of the food and professionalism of the staff were excellent. The Hotel is not centrally located, but only a bus ride away (10 Minutes), from the CBD and Old Town. The large, secure parking garage is a bonus.

Staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for visit to close-by Guggenheim and a concert that evening in the Euskalduna Concert Hall. Breakfast was high quality.
