Speaking English, Spanish and French at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always at hand to help. Staff were so very helpful. We liked that we could park safely in the underground car park and use their electric car charging facilities. Room was good, with the best shower we had on our travels. There is no restaurant at the hotel for evening meal but the receptionist recommended the Kioski bar and restaurant just across the road in the park. I think this is under the same ownership as the hotel. We had tapas for lunch in the bar and had an evening meal in the restaurant. Both were excellent. A really good buzz in the bar with locals. As we walked past to go in the restaurant for our evening meal it was packed, so worth booking. We didn't use the spa facilities at the hotel.

The restaurant serves traditional dishes and offers a TV with Canal Plus channels. Excellent place to stay in Segovia. Tha rooms, staff, location and breakfast are excellent.

The Burgo de Osma’s spa has a huge range of treatments. Here you can enjoy the thermal circuit, hot tub, sauna or Turkish baths. They also offer massage. Staff was absolutely LOVELY. Most of them spoke English as well. The hotel itself is beautiful, breakfast was great.

The hotel has a café-bar with a terrace. In summer you have free access to an outdoor pool, while during the rest of the year there is a hot tub, hydro-massage shower and Turkish bath, which are available for an extra cost. There is also a 24-hour reception desk. Very nice. Lots of amenities in the property.

You can enjoy wooden beams, robust stone walls and cosy lounge areas with inviting sofas and open fireplaces. There is also a spa area, offering a variety of treatments. I love this place - it was not the first time I stayed there and I'll definitely come back again. This time we were traveling by car from Madrid to Porto and stayed in Hacienda Zorita, which is somehow in the middle, for a night. We stayed in the main building and it was perfect - over the water, very peaceful. The 1st floor has a lovely lounge area with the fireplace. The breakfast is amazing - with the freshest local food.

We booked this hotel for celebrating our 5th anniversary and our aim was to spend a relaxing weekend. During the check-in, they immediately booked us massages and the termal pool and we felt very welcomed, relaxed and comfortable during the stay.

The hotel was easy to find with very clear instructions on how to access the hotel and our hotel room. The hotel was spotlessly clean all over. Lorena, the manager, was superb, very welcoming. The food was excellent at dinner, recommend the croquettes, stew and pizza. Excellent breakfast too! The complementary Ritual products in the bathroom was a very unexpected luxury touch! Overall a totally exceptional stay and excellent value for money, we will be returning! Highly recommend a visit!
