Highly recommended for the families with children's. Good location, underground parking, kids room.

Good location at a walking distance to the central beach of Lloret, right across from the bus station, which was convenient. Eric and Raimon at reception were super helpful and friendly with all my queries. I also recommend a spa. Fantastic spa facilities and a full body massage at a reasonable rate. The hotel’s spacious so even when fully booked, you don’t get the feeling of being somewhere overcrowded. Tea and coffee in the room upon arrival was a nice compliment. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families and couples.

Rooms at Hotel Helios are spacious and comfortable rooms. They all have a private balcony and satellite TV. They also air conditioning, a safe, a mini fridge and an en suite bathroom. Everthing was great from workers to the location I am really glad that I chose this hotel

Vegetarian and gluten-free options can also be requested. We drove past the town and needed somewhere to sleep only. This lovely hotel exceeded our expectation. It has a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating. All the staff at reception are so friendly and helpful, we immediately felt at home! The room and bathroom are so cozy, we love all the deco! The bed is super comfortable, the windows and doors have excellent sound proof, we slept so well! The breakfast selection and displays are art work, it's another highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to any travelers.

Speaking Catalan, English, Spanish and French, staff are always on hand to help at the reception. Hosts Lourdes and Alfred were wonderful, always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. They completed renovations to open the hotel just over a year ago and did a fabulous job. The building is simple elegance. Our room was super comfortable. We had a rental car to visit the surrounding area and they provided convenient parking in a garage just down the street. They have a caldarium (small hot pool in a private room) which we reserved and thoroughly enjoyed. We only ate breakfast at the hotel twice in our week stay because we like to try everything when we travel. The breakfast Lourdes served was excellent. When we return to the Costa Brava, Can Mascort will be our home!
