As well as an indoor pool, you will find a fitness centre, sauna and therapy rooms for massages. The property was clean and the rooms were huge. Staff friendly and amenities excellent. Very quiet considering they are in central Madrid. Glass may be sound proof. We were on holiday with two other couples and they were staying at hotels more central similarly priced. The feedback we got from them on their hotels was noisy and slightly run down ‘travel lodge’ like. We totally lucked out with this hotel one and it was as close to many of the restaurants as them anyway.

It has a spa with sensation showers and a hot tub, available for an extra charge. Everything in the hotel was really nice, from the delicious breakfast to the cool swimming pool! You can´t beat the great location, we walked everywhere, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. And if you have to get around to another point there are taxis just outside the hotel. Staff are super friendly and the room was very big and comfy.

Everything: the reception when you arrive, the room was very spacious, the bed and pillows were heaven, the food was really great. I had to leave before breakfast and they prepared a little to-go bag with fruit, coffee, juice, a sandwich etc. Everything was perfect.

We got married here this summer, and all the guests without exception were incredibly happy with the hotel, and so were we. The rooms are beautiful, practical and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The food is fantastic. We didn't have time for the spa and swimming pool, but our froends and family told us both were great. Without a doubt an awesome place we recommend to everyone.
