The building, the staircase, the grounds, all are beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. An atmosphere of calm prevails throughout. Old beautiful with modern amenities such as a reliable lift and efficient air conditioning and we were there on some very hot days. The parking is secure behind a security gate right next to the chateau. You can have breakfast outside in the beautiful grounds which is a lovely start to the day. It is a 12 minute walk at a slow pace as it was so hot into the old town of Samaur which was also perfect. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Every detail was tasteful and carefully thought out, with a unique sense of style in each room that made the entire place feel both elegant and deeply relaxing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a subtle sense of intimacy and care, which made perfect sense given the lovely family hosting us. The spa area, with its sauna and jacuzzi, was incredibly calming, and the pool was simply perfect: clean, beautiful, with stunning aesthetics, and ideal for relaxing (and, why not, for photos too!). We stayed just one night as a birthday gift for my partner, and it couldn’t have been more special. We truly left feeling rejuvenated and grateful. You absolutely have to try the breakfast—simply de-li-ci-ous! We’re already looking for an excuse to return. It’s the perfect peaceful escape without being too far from the city. Highly recommended!

He was helpful and catered to our needs. They partner with a chef in a restaurant who delivered us dinner which was outstanding.
