The hotel has a true 5-star feeling to it, from the way the staff is trained, to their bar, the pool and of course the quality of the rooms. Very high standards.

Location was central and near a local park which was lovely.

The staff at the hotel were so kind and accommodating, making sure that everything was perfect for us. The rooms were always spotless and perfectly kitted out with the latest technology. Food was exceptional - delicious and delivered to rooms and to the poolside within minutes. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Speaking English, Spanish and French at the 24-hour front desk, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical information on the area. They offered a complimentary upgrade for the room, which we highly appreciated. Breakfast was spectacular.

Beautiful villas with great attention to detail. Friendly owners who made us feel at home.

For guests with children, Mobile Homes by KelAir at Camping Sylvamar offers a baby safety gate and a children's playground. A water park and kids pool are available for guests at the accommodation. Great location, on a brilliant campsite.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and a housekeeping service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The property was handy for the motorway north. We had a well equipped bedroom and ensuite. A lovely breakfast with homemade jams and pastries. After eating breakfast we wished we had booked for dinner. Maybe next time?

Guests can use the sauna, or enjoy garden views. Les Naiades is a truly lovely place to stay. Erie is a very considerate and warm host - she makes everyone feel looked after and at home. Her breakfasts are wonderful and she takes great care to attend to different needs and tastes.

This was a very pleasant visit, excellent facilities and a warm welcome from the hosts, who offered advice about were to eat that evening and rang to make a booking for us. Super swimming pool and places to relax and soak up the sun. Excellent breakfast the following morning. We enjoyed our visit and would return. Thank you.
