This hotel was such a wonderful escape and surprise!The room was large with a tub area in addition to a n oversized shower in the bathroom. The bed was great and the room was beautifully decorated and overlooking nature There was a lovely bar outside with a terrasse that was very relaxing and surrounded by nature. The spa area was lovely as well, although we did not get a massage. It was a bit too cold for the beach, but the grounds of the property were so beautiful. They have several daybeds, a garden with lemon trees, and direct access to the beach. We checked in at 1am and the hotel ensured that there was a staff member available to check us in and walk us to our rooms. This was such a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone looking for an escape in the south of france!

Les Secrets du Défends in Forcalqueiret provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar. The bed and breakfast provides a spa experience, with its hot tub, spa facilities and solarium. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Everything. It was tranquil , well cared for and the hosts were charming, attentive and engaging. An ad hoc dinner was provided with the minimum of fuss and was simple and delicious.

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated on-site. The area is popular for snorkelling and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 5-star bed and breakfast. If you would like to discover the area, fishing, canoeing and hiking are possible in the surroundings. From the moment we arrived our hosts treated us with kindness and consideration, nothing was too much trouble even though we didn't speak great French, Stephan took his time and determination to ensure communication was not an issue. A genuine curiosity in our preferences in terms of types of restaurants, places to visit, our favourite breakfast -style, every aspect of our holiday and the time spent at Villa Miami was considered with the ultimate care and personalisation. The building itself is extremely well-designed; beautiful rooms with every luxury from the sheets to the huge jacuzzi for two. The room we stayed in was on the first floor and had a fabulous view of the Azur coastline with various boats sailing past. Breakfast was taken on the balcony every morning and it was heaven; the sweetest fruit, freshest eggs, quality tea, creamiest butter, fruitiest jams and the crustiest bread and pastries, not forgetting the most indulgent cheese board! The villa has an exceptional pool with a beautiful deck area and the most amazing centuries - old olive trees. Floating in the pool felt like an absolute dream. Les Issambres is a particularly beautiful area, plenty of small coves and beaches away from the madding crowd. Stephan and Paulette were so knowledgeable about the local restaurants locally and in St Tropez, thanks to them kindly booking Le Gayrard (a 2 min walk) we spent the most memorable evening overlooking the bay with the most exceptional food, wine and service. Thank you Team Villa Miami for creating the most wonderful and unforgettable time.

The uniqueness of the the hotel is expressed in every detail: from little special touches in the rooms (natural scents, bed linen, coffee/tea set), to luminosity of spaces, to splendid (!) view across the bay, to infrared sauna and swimming pool that you can book for private use - this hotel is like nothing I had experienced before (with many 5-star hotels in 50 countries across the globe on my account). The experience at Splendid cannot be conveyed through words - it needs to be lived!!! I will for sure return soon!

The accommodation is privately run and beautifully decorated with attention to detail. We especially enjoyed the pool and look forward to coming back to use the outdoor pool as well. Mas la Jaina is tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area—perfect for unwinding and escaping everyday life. It’s a great base for day trips to the charming nearby villages, though a car is necessary to explore the surroundings. The breakfast prepared by Ingrid and Johan is absolutely delicious and lovingly made, making each morning a perfect start to the day. A special highlight for us was the animals at Mas la Jaina, which give the place a unique character. The warm farewell with Ingrid, Johan, and all the animals will remain a lovely memory. Special greetings to Jessie, Chica, and Nero—we hope to come back soon!
