The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. All the staff were super friendly. We already felt welcome when arrived. Our room had a fantastic view to the beach and we enjoyed sitting there watching the sea and sunset. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Got a nice welcome drink from the bar and some free drinks in the minibar. Breakfast was good too. All in all, we really enjoyed the time with you and thank you so much!

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. At Enorme Santanna Beach you will find a restaurant serving Greek, Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing built place, the architecture and the design outstanding. The staff was truly fantastic, very careful with your needs and a really nice company while you dine in at the restaurant and at the bar. The variety of food makes you want to come back the next day, not knowing what to expect.A lot of culture in the food with different themes that bring joy with every meal. The cleaning service did wonders in the room, the good feeling to come back in a clean room after a day on the beach. One more aspect I wish to mention, the gym.Having a place where you can train and admire the views at the same time did a really good impression on me.There is also a boxing bag for the ones who like some cardio. With a garden, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features an indoor pool, spa centre and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel itself is very pleasant and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Our room was even better than in the photos, spacious, comfortable, A/C, Wi-fi, personal swimming pool and long chairs, with everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was high quality, you do have to chose in advance, meaning the previous day, what you will want but it's well worth it and with lots of options to chose from. Another positive point was a parking spot in their garage since we had a rented car. The hotel also has a little gym room, pool and spa, which we end up not using due to other activities we had planned but it looked nice and can be a plus for some people. Lastly, the location is good if you want to escape the "city center rush" and have a beautiful (but distant) view on the port and shore. However going to the center of Chania will require some compromise. We had our own car so it was fine to go but finding a parking spot (in particular for free) can be a challenge. Walking is possible but it will take quite some time. The alternatives are then bus or taxi, which give you less freedom or the need to pay. In any case, we truly enjoyed the entire experience, we were definitely happy with our stay!

Whether it was the freshly prepared breakfast with local cheeses, seasonal fruits, and homemade pastries, or the elegant dinner buffets featuring Mediterranean classics and innovative twists, every bite was bursting with flavor.

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Amazing hotel, very clean and modern. Big rooms and terrace. The pool is very nice, you are able to swim and is never crowded. The atmosphere around the pool is also nice, chill music and chairs to relax. The breakfast was amazing, the chef welcomed us and explained the whole menu, it's a mix of classic breakfast with greek food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Gym is also nice and well equipped. We always had a parking spot right outside the hotel on the street, it's not very crowded. It pretty much exceeded our expectations from a 3 star hotel, they should definitely get 4 stars.

There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. I love Crete and Creta Maris, the hotel is beyond my expectations. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our family had a great time here.

The 5-star resort boasts an outdoor pool, two restaurants & 2 bars. Amazing place to enjoy your holidays. Really quiet and cozy location, got an upgrade to a junior suite and it was a dream. The pool area is very curated and the sushi and cocktails are on point. But let me tell you about the best part: the staff. Always nice and very attentive to detail.
