We arrived in the middle of the night and the instructions to enter the place and rooms were very clear and we entered easily. The rooms are decorated beautifly and are very roomy. Beds were very comfortable. We haven't used the kitchen, but it seemed well equiped.

Breakfast is available, and includes buffet, continental and vegetarian options.

Guests can enjoy the spa and wellness centre, take a dip into the indoor pool, organise trips at the tour desk, or rent a car to explore the surroundings. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to a room with a pool which was amazing! Nice music entertainment in the evenings which we enjoyed.

The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Guests can make use of a garden. There was a mix up with the booking system regarding our arrival date, for which they had to put us in a dif hotel for 1 night. In return they upgraded us to a wet room and covered all of our drinks. I was extremely surprised at the level of care for the issue and cannot thank the manager Katerina and her team for treating us like they did. Thank you so much for making this birthday holiday so pleasant and special. The half board option was amazing, various food choices everyday. The traditional greak burger and chicken souvlaki were excellent.

Every room has a kitchenette, flat screen 32' TV with satellite channels, safe deposit box, kettle, slippers and hairdryer. Bathrooms are private and fitted with showers and hydro massage panels. Toiletries and bed linen are provided for your care.

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Excellent hotel, very clean, professional and helpful staff, nice rooms, excellent pool, close to the city, great view from breakfast restaurant, good wifi, free parking.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Best hotel I've been to. 5 star employees. I don't think I've ever been treated so well as at the Nema Hotel. The facilities, the food, the location are excellent. And again, the employees are always willing to help and go beyond expectations. When I return to Crete I will stay at Nema 100% I was sorry to leave. It was a fantastic week

Wellness options include water aerobics sessions, a football pitch and beach volleyball facilities. Younger guests can have fun at the 3 children’s pool, at the playground or participate in the games that the animation team organizes. I have never met a more kind and helpful staff in my life. This is our second year staying with Stella and we will keep coming back, mostly because of the staff. In addition the rooms are beautiful and clean.

The resort’s Hammam Spa features spa treatment rooms specially designed and fully equipped for multiple treatments, including face and body massages, treatments and scrubs. There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them.
