Buffet and continental breakfast options are available at LAS HOTEL & SPA. We visited Gytheio during Christmas and it was a very nice experience for 83 euros including breakfast for two. The room was luxurious with great view at the third floor and the breakfast was very good too. The bed was very big and super comfortable. The bathroom had a weird layout and no noise and visibility separation, probably to look fancy under natural light. A light curtain would be useful. Balcony was huge if you visit during the summer. In general Gytheio is worth a visit during winter, you will avoid excessive heat and tons of tourists.

In contrast to the rocky landscape of the Castle, the hotel’s bar and breakfast area is situated in a courtyard filled with pine trees. During the winter, breakfast and drinks are served in an elegant room, by the fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas of Lazareto Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Outstanding breakfast in beautiful surroundings.
