The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, polite and efficient and the cleaning ladies helped me when my boy of two years was sick, so you really feel welcome and treated like a guest. Receptionists speak bout German and English and some of the staff at the restaurant also. The food was great the whole day from breakfast till dinner, the quality is high and variety of choice is huge. Just in the near of the hotel you can find the free parking zone, and the staff allowed us to park in front of the doors to take out our luggage. Family spa is little paradise for children and the saunas are just 7 € per day, which is honestly pretty cheap. Location is perfect bout from Vienna and Zagreb, one and half and 2 and half hours and I think they should really invest in marketing for Croatian guests also ! I can only recommend the hotel!

The host is very kind, and responded straight away. We just had an overnight here, although it would have been better if we could have stayed longer, as this accommodation is really good value for it's price. Modern, nicely furnished and clean apartment with everything we might need for a longer stay. Huge balcony overlooking the peaceful neighborhood.
