A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast is available at the property. First time to Bali, and Seminyak was our location. Out of the 100's of hotels, we chose Kayumas 4 star resort. No, it's not a beach front, no, it's not that 5 star, but it's literally 3-5 minute walk from the beach. The love and attention to detail from the front of house is exceptional, they remember your name from the beginning, treat you with respect and always always polite and smiling. The staff all enjoy life, which made our stay more than being on a resort on the beach/5 star. Food was just incredible, so hats off for the kitchen. Any alligies or don't like they handled it for you. The pool is great, always in the sun..most of the day till sunset time. Pool Bar too which is a bonus. The pool has a very shallow attached to the main pool. Shallow is warmer! It is constantly cleaned every morning and maintained. Front desk is 24hrs, and is most helpful. You get a free shuttle into the shopping district till 5pm. Airport service too, which is extra charge, but it's a good service. In the 4 star too is massage and spa, and boy it's excellent. The girls are local and trained and very well priced. The room we had was delux with a private pool which was good to have. The room when you needed it cleaned, was no trouble at all.

Breakfast is available, and includes buffet, American and Asian options. At the accommodation you will find a restaurant serving Cantonese, Chinese and Seafood cuisine. Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. The location was perfect and if you book this hotel you will no regret it. It was a perfect stay!

The accommodation features room service, free shuttle service and organising tours for guests. All the staff, including Ayu and Melly, looked after us very well. They always had time for us and nothing was ever a problem. The rooms are very spacious with nice touches. Food is great and location is walking distance to beach. There are plenty of nice shops both heading towards and heading away from the beach.

The breakfast was absolutely the best I had in Bali – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. My room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the garden was simply astonishing – so peaceful and lush, like a little oasis. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful beach, which made it easy to enjoy sunrise or sunset by the ocean every day. The atmosphere at ZIN is calm and inspiring – I felt relaxed and at home the entire time. I will definitely come back next time I visit Bali. Highly recommended!
