We stayed for 4 nights at the Maison Aurelia Sanur. The Hotel was very cleaned and the bed was large and very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel had both a buffet and set menu option and was very good. A lovely pool area with a separate jacuzzi. The location was very good and right in the middle of Sanur and probably a 12 to 15 mins walk to the beach promenade through one of the access lanes. A good selection of restaurants and bars all around. Our room was large with a balcony on the third floor facing across Sanur town. The hotel also had a separate Restaurant/Bar called "Cork".

Add the delicious breakfast, great food at night and you get a near perfect holiday. Best of all was the entire staff: every member made sure all service is spotless. My wife needed a doctor after a accident, the hotel arranged it all.

Very private, self contained villa in a good location. Close to the new mall, but far enough away not to hear any noise or traffic. It was cleaned daily by a very nice staff.

Zen Villas Sanur is an amazing villa park with fully separated villas (houses) equipped with own pools, amazing outdoor and indoor bathrooms, beautiful gardens. The villa park has an own reception desk with full customer support. It was a unique experience, that breakfast is solved in a way mixing the "service" with the private villa-concept: guests can choose breakfast from a menu (all kinds of breakfasts available: e.g. toast, different eggs, granola/müzli, sweet selection) and based on the pre-ordered choice and indicated time, a nice lady arrives to your villa, who literally prepares the requested breakfast in your villa's kitchen. :-) They prepare the table and leave. (After breakfast cleaning is also part of the "room service"). The villas are beautiful. Location is in narrow streets of Sanur, but beach is app. 15 minute walk, within 10 minute walk restaurants, massage slots, shops are reachable.

Breakfast ist great with a large variety of different breakfast types. There is a shuttle to/from town. We also liked Sanur because of the combination of shopping and beach.
