We stayed for four days, and the absolute highlight of the hotel was its very friendly and professional staff, especially at the reception desk, who went above and beyond in their effort to make our stay as pleasant and welcoming as possible! We received a room upgrade at check-in, and were offered a free dinner on a night of our choice. Also, on the day of check-out, we could stay in our room the entire day, using all the facilities, including the lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pools overlooking the Lake of Galilee and the palm tree lined promenade. The hotel has an excellent location right on the Lake of Galilee, and our room had a beautiful view from the balcony. There were several nice restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The hotel breakfasts were nice, and the dinner and breakfast for Passover were simply amazing! Both the variety and the quality of food at Passover were outstanding, it seemed like a Horn of Plenty has opened over the restaurant. Overall we would highly recommend the Caesar Premier Tiberias hotel for a holiday stay at the Lake of Galilee.

Lovely heated outdoor pool and ample shared seating areas made for a great family vacation spot. The hosts are especially warm and gracious; they even invited us to a small neighborhood gathering they were hosting during our stay. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

We ran out of sugar and coffee, she brought us a lot more within a few hours. Extremely nice. Each day asked if we need anything else, some more clean towels, more shampoo/ soaps or anyother utilities we may need. The room was clean. It was large and it felt like we could have a personal space. The room hot tub was good. Took about 10-15 min to fill it up. Was very clean. The external pool was amazing. Felt like it was our personal pool. The water were warm. We took only once the breakfast. It was just like the description. The omlets were fluffy, the bread was home made, the cheese was delicious and the salad cut fresh. It was brought in a basket. It looked yummy and was extremely good. I would highly recommend this place if you're planing to stay onsite all day or travel nearby locations by car (and there is so much to see!).
