Duty manager Randev was extremely helpful and cordial. He made us feel very comfortable and attended to our personal requests very swiftly. The room upgrade at the time of check in was extremely smooth and swift. The food at spectra was better than previous stays and visits. The service staff were super attentive, prompt and cordial.

Buffet and American breakfast options are available at the resort. At Karma Chalets you will find a restaurant serving American, Chinese and Indian cuisine. Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. Everything is so good about the property... would like to visit again...great place for family stay...

At the spa, guests can request for Ayurvedic massage and body wraps, as well as pedicures and other beauty treatments. For fitness, the resort offers yoga and meditation classes, and a well-equipped gym. A business centre and a children's playroom are also provided. Resort was so peaceful.... best for relaxation leaving behind all the stress, busy schedule, hectic life. Best part of resort is hi-tea. Staff was good and co-operative, well behaved, ready to help u out with every possible things especially Komal, she was so humble and helped me so much with baby food.

The outdoor pool, set amid a landscaped garden also features a lounge, sundeck and poolside food and beverage service. One of my best stay in NCR, rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast and food was good. Staff was very supportive.

The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!
