Restaurant was great with friendly, courteous service and terrific food... Hemu, Padmakhi and Armaan (apologies if I've got names incorrect) thanks for making our stay memorable. Even people at the front desk were helpful at all times.

"7-star" service and food, very friendly and professional staff throughout, and the food was the best I've had in my entire life period, both in the restaurant downstairs, and in "Falak" on the 17th floor, overlooking the City. Simply exceptional, and a must visit for anyone visiting Bangalore. We had a free upgrade for doing absolutely nothing ;) and the room was sublime, I could live in there permanently it was that good. Dear fellow traveler, With the utmost sincerity I urge you to visit the Coorg Wilderness Resort and Spa because it is simply amazing, down to the smallest details. We arrived after dark and out of the jungle rose massive iron gates with side lights, and we were inspected by security - this felt very Crazy Rich Asians. We were met at the roundabout by Aswathi who facilitated the rest of our checkin. We received a blessing, were led to a couch, and received a cup of ginger tea before she went over the stay and amenities with us. We were shown to our suite, which was beautifully appointed in every way. Simply luxurious. You will not want for anything, there is something to occupy every visitor, even the pickiest among you - even our 15 year old daughter. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, a feast for the eyes and the palette. Daily there are many activities offered. Our favorites were morning bird watching, rooftop yoga, and a wilderness walk. The latter was led by Jagath who knows much about the local flora and fauna, and was infinitely patient with our many questions. We met other of Jagath”s colleagues, Harish, and jithesh, who operate the sustainable farm. We were offered the opportunity to select our own poultry for dinner…a rare option in our experience. The farm provides produce and meat to the kitchen and the results are unbeatable. So fellow traveler, this resort is most certainly worth your time for a visit.

Team were excellent especially Jocelyn who spent time to chat with us and discovered it was our anniversary. We received a beautiful note and cake in our room as well as celebrations from the team in the restaurant. Also we left our sunglasses on the table in the room and HK team cleaned them and left a lovely glasses cleaner. Small details made a huge difference.
