Everything was amazing - from the very beginning to the last day. Great property, well maintained. A clean pool. Sunbeds. Delicious food at the restaurant. Private SPA with Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, salt room.. But most of all - people who work there and who make your stay special. Everything ! The rooms were beautiful with beautiful paintings and everything was antique. The bed was super comfortable and I just loved the bathroom. Huge bathtub and a very high tech shower that actually turns into a steam room! This stay was the best part of our trip. The breakfast was amazing and even the dishes were so nice. Max was really nice and let us hang out in the dining room area until are train ride after check out. Definitely will be staying here again, can’t wait !

Hotel guests have discounts at the thermal baths and wellness centre, which includes a sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub. Herbal teas, extra-virgin olive oil and wine can be purchased on site. It’s the second time we stay at calidario. The rooms are big, stylish, clean. The beds and pillow are incredibly comfortable. The restaurant serves very good food in a beautiful setting and the outside thermal pool is awesome. Nicely warm clear water.

You can also sunbathe on the on-site terrace with rattan deckchairs or relax in the hot tub with hydromassage and chromotherapy functions, or in the pools. A sauna, hot spring bath and massage service are available too, at extra charge. The location is perfect if you want relaxation and quiet - the view from our room was terrific - the terrace huge (two sun beds and a table!) and the walk to the beach is fine but the property is not for those with walking issues. Dinner was fabulous - we ate one night there and one night at a small place up the road which was also terrific, but that’s it unless you have a car and can drive. There is a bus service that can take you to other parts of the island which is easy to use - the staff at the hotel drove us to the stop and back which was a huge help. I would definitely recommend this gem if you want seclusion.
