Very helpful ,everywhere from reception to the restaurant . Rooms are big and comfortable and is also clean . The roof top restaurant has a great view and the food is also over the top . Also great location , you can just cross the street to go to the beach .I had a great experience with the family room , the small apartment and was positively surprised about huge balcony. All in all , I would recommend the hotel over and over again. Oh , and the breakfast is exquisite

The spa was fantastic, beds were super comfortable and the host was helpful finding us what we needed nearby and accommodating our requests! Breakfast was delicious as well with lots of local specialties!

Wonderful staff, Mary at reception was very nice and helpful, delicious and generous breakfast, beautiful property surrounded by olive trees and vineyards.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at Podere Maremma Spa & Ristorante, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind to us. She gave us a lot of advice on activities in the area which was very helpful as we aren’t from here. The room was very clean and nice to stay in especially for the prices! The food at the restaurant was also to die for!

A stovetop and coffee machine are also provided. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath or shower and free toiletries. This was a beautiful small house with a lovely garden and a fantastic view overlooking the Procchio Gulf. The beds were comfortable and the rooms felt cozy and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the private terrace, perfect for grilling and even equipped with an outdoor shower, which was a nice touch. It was also exceptionally quiet, offering perfect silence, which was truly restorative. The owner, Michele, was incredibly helpful; he not only picked us up from the port and drove us to the house, but also guided us to the best places and routes to explore the island. His assistance was especially invaluable as we unexpectedly encountered a national strike in Italy during our stay, making train and other public transportation impossible. An added bonus was that Michele also rents out bikes (both normal and electric), which was perfect because riding around Elba Island is an absolute must!

If you would like to discover the area, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and Domus Socolatae Residenza d'Epoca Charming B&B - Adults Only can arrange a bicycle rental service. Everything was great! The hosts were courteous, kind and very helpful. I would recommend anyone going to Follonica to stay here. Everything was prepared for guests very thoughtfully. Lovely experience.

Hotel guests have discounts at the thermal baths and wellness centre, which includes a sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub. Herbal teas, extra-virgin olive oil and wine can be purchased on site. Wonderful place to relax. Unique lake with warm water. Magic massage made by Rosario in Calidario SPA. Delicious food in restaurant and great hotel service. All highly recommended! I’ll be back for sure ♥️💚♥️

A sauna, hot spring bath and massage service are available too, at extra charge. Very positive surprise! Lovely hotel! Wonderful location. The „whole hill“ towards the see belongs to the hotel and is arranged as a lovely garden with a lot of places to take a rest and enjoy the view. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Seems to be a family business and they really like to do their job. For a 3* hotel a lot of surprising features: whirlpool which can be rented privately for 40min. Sauna( which I did not use), massage ( which was excellent!) and possible three course dinner every night . Overall really good athmosphere and fantastic location!
