The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, new, modern with natural materials, amenities were great, spa was great, view incredible both from the apartment as well as from the jacuzzi. Drink included was also a nice addition. Alpacas were so lovely, you can take extra also an alpaca walk, totally worth it. Parking underground was also something that I liked . Staff was amazing, always jumping to make sure our stay was memorable

From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

The location worked well for us and though we didn't walk to the City Center it was a quick uber ride there and back. Driving into the City as we did in the evening Milan can be imposing but daytime paints another picture of this lovely city. There is an amazing Thai restaurant called Thai Square. My wife is Thai and said it was exceptional.
