The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Daniele and his mother Ana have an exquisite hotel and they take pride in ensuring everything is perfect for guests. They are constantly checking with you to ensure you are well looked after. Very comfortable bed, lovely fruit platter to welcome you , lovely balcony from room but there is also a terrace. Wonderful variety and freshness at breakfast So attentive , thank you to Daniele and Ana ! I will be back!

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Breakfast was extraordinary, the hole team from restaurant is amazing ! Guys from reception was very helpful, Room was very cozy with great balcony, sure we come back again.

Nice greenery and open field around it with flamingos on site. Amazing widow view!

The accommodation offers free access to the jacuzzi ( 4 people ) in the sunroof terrace, available during summer season. The thermal pool with salsobroiodine water and treatments and massages are available for an extra charge. The thermal pool and the wellness center are located at 80 mt from the Grand Hotel main biulding, in the same internal thermal park.

Speaking English, Spanish, French and Italian at the reception, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. The staff was really pleasant and amicable.
