Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. I also loved the garden area. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Palermo.

Free on-site parking and free bicycle rental service to reach the beach are provided. We were happy with everything! The rooms were very clean and decorated in true Italian style. We had everything we needed in the rooms. Outside, there was a large swimming pool with plenty of available sunbeds, so we always found a nice spot to relax. Breakfast was typically Italian, with lots of sweet pastries.

Villa Athena, a modern 5-star hotel, is located within Agrigento's Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Loved my stay again, location, property and service. Also food at the restaurant and breakfast was great

Breakfast was very good and the cappuccino was the best in Palermo. The roof top is also wonderful to take a little break from the busy city.

Staff speak English, Spanish and Italian at the 24-hour front desk. Everything was well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The entire facility is clean, luxurious, and well hidden from outside the complex (an old tomato factory). We loved the breakfast – especially thanks to the whole team and their supervisor. Free parking is available nearby, and everything Palermo has to offer is within walking distance, including the central bus station (for the airport, etc.). We would definitely book it again.

Pamela and Paolo were great hosts. The Villa is stunning. The amenities superb. It is close to the action in Syracuse (for me seeing the UNESCO sites) but far enough that you don't feel like you are in the city. There is an indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath right now. Outdoor pool almost ready for water to be added. Parking is free and onsite. Easy access to grocery stores too. The Villa has a full kitchen with a big fridge that guests can use as well as a small one in the room.
