Petra Plaza Hotel offers a sauna. The host was kind and welcoming. He recommended the Petra hiking route(going to Little Petra first via free shuttle and starting off at Al-Deir monastery) for us who arrived at the hotel around noon, and it turned out to be the best choice we've made. The hotel is located very close to the visitor center(5 min drive) and the good restaurants like Al-Wadi!

Guests can enjoy some fresh air at the roof top. Everything is fantastic: the staff Is smiley, welcoming and very smart and fast in giving advice and making arrangements. The hotel is in a very good location , near to restaurant, shops, but also to Petra Visitor center. Our room was comfortable, big enough and bed and bathroom were perfect! We loved the tasty and various breakfast!

But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

If I could rate the hospitality of people working in Sun City will be 100000x stars, Firas and the team (Ahmad, Ahmed, Yahya) granted all our request and their very flexible. Firas also arrange transporation for us to get around Jordan, and never miss a single day to check if we are comfortable and happy. I really recommend Firas, he knows how to make their guests feel welcomed and do extra mile to make sure we are happy in our tour in Jordan.
