Breakfast os excellent and there is complimentary drink for new customer. The onsen is perfect and the room is very big. They even helped me to carry my luggage to the room since I went to the hotel early at 6am before the check in time. I went out for a walk and only manage to come back to the hotel to check in at 8 pm...before I realized it they had helped to sent all the luggage to the room. Excellent service

Their yukatas and kimono jackets were also fascinating. I mean, as I said, lots of words to describe but none of them would be enough. Just experience it yourself please.

Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!
