The breakfast is the best breakfast that we ever had in Hokkaido! There’s a lot of food and drinks options . Fresh sashimi for breakfast is a big plus! We will definitely come back !

The hotel itself feels new and modern. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection with quality products. Onsen facilities were also very good with 3 baths and sauna. Good laundry facilities. The room itself while it was small had all the needed amenities. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel can be reached completely underground from JR train station. Also the location is much quieter than Susukino for example, but within walking distance of the needed subway stops and other things. There is also 7 eleven in the same building as a hotel and can be reached directly from the lobby.

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Onsen. Restaurants downstairs were good, loved Luke’s! Location. Ski rental on site and the shuttles were frequent and excellent. Early check-in was accommodated, loved the little Japanese PJs they gave us for our stay.

The hotel felt so relaxing and the staff was amazing! The gentleman that helped take our bags to our room was super kind and showed us how to use all the technology in the room. Was a great experience, would love to book here again.

Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. Everything was great, like really excellent and wonderful, except the hotel communication prior arrival, takes them ages to reply to emails or no reply at all. But everything was sorted upon arrival. Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.
