The bathroom facilities are absolutely amazing, and if you're a Westerner, you should absolutely try out all the features of the Japanese toilets. The staff were all sublimely professional and pleasant to interact with. When we arrived, on top of our luggage we also had a carrier bag. They looked after our bags while we checked in, and once we were done found they'd put the carrier bag into a much nicer hotel branded bag haha. Loved the whole stay. They have passcard locked doors for easy access into the hotel from multiple entrances, so its very secure
