It got very busy at one point, but we never had an issue getting our food. The shuttle to and from Toba Station was very convenient. We contacted the staff from a payphone at Toba Station. We were able to communicate our needs through our very limited knowledge of the Japanese language. The driver took our luggage and said they would store it till we checked in. This allowed us to continue on with our sightseeing plans without physically going to the hotel first. That really helped maximize our time in Toba! Wonderful Service!

Matsumoto san had made extra effort to translate our daily Kaiseki menu in English and also patiently explained to us the food, as well as the sake. He was cheerful and fun as well. The staffs in the Club resort also provided attentive service with enthusiasm. We enjoyed our stay very much.
