Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. The property provides a 24-hour front desk. What a perfect little slice of outdoor heaven in Nagasaki! From the moment we arrived, staff was nothing but over-the-top helpful. They bent over backward for the entirety of our stay to make sure our family was comfortable and felt taken care of - from hand-delivering towels, calling us transit, even packaging up a special breakfast treat for our daughter to-go. The property was very well-maintained, with the bikes and play area being huge draws for our young family. The Arkland Spa was a great place to play in the water (the water temperature was excellent, even during winter) and we truly loved the Island Lumina experience. We enjoyed western breakfast at The Terrace very much and would recommend it over the Japanese option for both breakfast and dinner.

New, very clean rooms thoughtfully laid out with comfortable beds and decent pillows (for a hotel). Everything we needed in the kitchenette for our party of 5, except for a peeler which would hav been a nice-to-have. Layout of bathroom, which is a normal Japanese layout of separating toilet and shower, helped manage bathroom time for all of us. Even the nightwear was super comfy. When we found the air a little dry, lo and behold... I found a humidifier!
We walked around the area on our last morning there, and the luggage storage was easy to figure out and FREE!
Close to Oura Tenshudo (Oura Cathedral) tram stop.

There was free mango and orange juice available in the lobby. There’s an outdoor pool on a terrace. The hotel was almost fully booked with many families with little kids. But despite this everyone was very considerate and the kids well behaved and quiet.

We loved staying at route. We had a cabin that we could lock. Every amenity we needed they had. The breakfast we delicious and very relaxing. The staff was super helpful and gave us some insider tips about Nagasaki. We would have loved to use the (very cheap) bike service but it was Raining too much. Overall I would 10/10 stay again!
The japanese style room was spacious and relaxing!
It was a truly nice experience staying in this hotel. It was close to the station and the bus to the airport was just in front of the hotel! The onsen facilities were nice and it was amazing to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The additional amenities, like a free massage chair, ice creams in the evening, and the yogurts in the morning, as well as the free serving of noodle soup, were great. The room itself was small but comfortable. There is a shower in the bathroom.
Lovely spa facilities. Very good mix of breakfast items. Room had a great view of the city. Easy to get to via the trams.
Love the spacious room with beds and tatami, very nice breakfast and lots of choices and view are nice! Staffs will come to set up tatami for u. Relaxing with a nice view from room and enjoy the onsen
Breakfast was decent. Reasonable selection. Location a bit of a walk from the station but not excessive. 5-10 minutes depending on traffic lights, route. Room was spacious enough. Much better than some budget business hotels. Bath is very nice. Laundry facilities very handy. And free ice treats after a bath is a bonus along with the massage chair.
Sky spa is exceptional with two hot tubs and a dry sauna. Room is of decent size (Japanese standard). Friendly staff. Excellent location.
The services from the staffs are impeccable, and the food for the breakfast buffet is delicious. Spending time in public spa is enjoyable and feel relaxed from the busy work. If you wish to travel Nagasaki and lived in this hotel, please be reminded to check the schedule for the buses because the hotel is not located in the town centre of Nagasaki
It’s a spa hotel facility. The room is very spacious with an amazing sea view. There are 2 onsen, we only tried the one on the 6th floor of the new building and it is magnificent. There is a sauna, 3 indoor baths and one outdoor bath, all with sea view. Parking is free. The hotel is 2 min or 10 min walk from the ferry to Kumamoto.
