The staff are very polite. The manager Pamela was so helpful in many things, she helped us to rent a motor bike with locals, and had organize a cake for our anniversary as a surprise.

But what makes this resort so exceptional is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The dining room staff were attentive at every meal, the houskeepers in charge of my room was incredibly kind and professional, and I'd like to give a special mention to Abdhalla in charge of the bar, who is quite simply an exceptional bartender and so passionate about his work. He's extremely kind, funny and welcoming. He makes you feel at home and definitely makes you want to spend time at the bar! He is like the soul of the Waterlovers - Thank you, Abdhalla! I so much loved all of this amazing staff that goes above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable and happy. It just makes you want to stay there forever !
