We got a few upgrade, the hotel manager was super friendly and looked after us. We had breakfast which was really good and the room was very comfortable.

Its a beautiful place with wonderful views. I got the best room i think! They really helped me to get comfortable. The road up was very difficult, but they are prepared and came down to help me (i was driving my own tuktuk and am not so experienced). I was the only one there but still could get anything from the menu. It is great food, also the breakfast. After check out they helped me get the tuktuk down again. Very happy i stayed here as a stop between negombo en anuradhapura.

Peaceful, peaceful. Only birds and water sounds. Mesmerising view. Great place to relax and decompress. Lovely host who is very passionate about his organic farm. Large meal portions but you need to ask for spicy if you don't want tourist level flavour.

Rivendell Twisted Tree offered the perfect hideaway from Colombo. Being based in the middle of beautiful nature with a river passing, a nice pond and surrounded by palm trees, cows and peacock the release of stress starts immediately. To top this we got a massage, which was smoothly arranged for us. Absolutely relaxing and exactly what was needed for my parents after a long flight - definitely highly recommend to book it directly with your stay. Room, pool and food were excellent as well.

The property was in a beautiful rural location which was ideal for our first night stay in Sri Lanka. The host was welcoming and at our request provided a cooked meal for us - absolutely huge portions for both dinner and breakfast. The grounds were beautifully kept and had a lovely view. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable.

The property is in a perfect place for a sunrise view with mountains right in front of you once you wake up with a nice pool ! The peacocks and the other animals are around you in their normal habitat making it a great experience as well as the breakfast is served in a massive floating platter. The bed is comfortable and the villa is perfect for family or a friends. The breakfast and the dinner was great lots of variety !

Few yards off the main road so it was lovely and quiet but the convenience of everything you need on your doorstep. Pleasant space. Enjoyed having a couple of window mosquito nets because we could have the windows open all day and night. There was ac in the large bedroom. Well kitted out kitchen. Nice to have a place that is correctly advertised.

Building was big and grand-loooking. The room had high ceiling and was spacious. The cafe where breakfast is served- food was good.
