The Michlifen Resort & Golf team went above and beyond — not only did they kindly leave a birthday cake in the room, but they also upgraded my parents’ room, which made their weekend truly unforgettable. They were touched by the thoughtful gestures, and everything from the service to the comfort of the hotel was perfect. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this celebration so special. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return!

Bensouda Riad’s rooftop terrace provides views of the medina. It has a traditional Moroccan tent where guests can relax and an upper terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountains. Guests also have access to the riad’s hammam, where beauty treatments and massages are available. We had a great experience! We were warmly welcomed by Dar Bensouda staff, even though I came at a ridiculous hour of 5am. The hotel is built inside a 16th century buidling — the ceilings and the decor are amazing, and the room stays cool during the day even without an AC. And it was nice to chill by the pool after the heat of the streets outside.

The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. They also arranged my airport pickup and drop off which was very helpful. The breakfast was great, and lastly, the Riad itself is very beautiful! I had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was professional and welcoming, and we sincerely thank them for their hospitality. Additionally, the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. They also arranged an airport taxi for us, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free.

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, especially Hayat on reception who went out of her way to make our stay brilliant. I must also give a special mention to her colleague (whose name I didn't get) who cooked a beautiful breakfast each morning. I highly recommend staying at this Riad. It was very quiet & peaceful despite the other guest rooms being close to ours

We were accommodated in the adjoining property which was excellent and very beautifully adorned with art and decor. It had a rooftop restaurant and the food was excellent. The room had excellent facilities and the shower had excellent hot water.
