One room had a private terrace and the other 2 had a terrace connected to the patio and swimming pool. I had some work for a couple of days and spent them on the terrace, dipping in the swimming pool from time to time. Very enjoyable even if I had to work. The wifi was good and stable and I could have video calls and do remote work. The complex has a built in restaurant with a great view and another level where there is an open terrace we used in the evenings to play boardgames and chill. It's a family business and they are very welcoming, careful to details and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The owner is very approachable and told us stories about the city and life in Montenegro in general. It's a 10m walk from the old town, with easy access to the beaches there. 25m walk to another great beach in the next gulf.
