Where do I start? It is one of the most thoughtfully conceptualised properties I have stayed at. From the flora and fauna, the avian population, to the beautifully designed rooms and common areas, it reflects an ethos of sustainable luxury. The spa should be on your list when you stay at the property. It is for a reason that they are the top rated spa in Mauritius. My aesthetician was Sheila, and she was amazing. I actually dozed off during the facial, that is how good she was! Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a peaceful getaway in very natural surroundings with spectacular views from each room!

Coming from Dubai, where we are adapted to the highest standards in luxury and service, our family was delighted to find that PRESKIL Island Resort in Mauritius met and exceeded our expectations. Krishna Sanmuthiya and the reception team greeted us with a warm welcome, immediately making us feel at home. The resort maintained impeccable cleanliness and the staff were constantly attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. They were particularly accommodating of my dietary needs as a pescatarian with allergies, providing delicious, specially prepared dishes. Each evening was a new adventure with unique themes ranging from the cultural Mauritius night with engaging local dancers to an exciting casino night. The snorkeling experience was a highlight, offering a glimpse into the stunning marine life that no photo can justice. A thoughtful souvenir from the housekeeping team added a personal touch to our room, enhancing our experience. Special thanks to Krishna, Surekha (from the house keeping), and Alain Mackline for their outstanding hospitality. They even accommodated a late checkout to align with our nighttime flight, which was greatly appreciated. For anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway, especially families, PRESKIL Island Resort is highly recommended. It’s also conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport.

All of Tamassa Bel Ombre’s rooms feature a private terrace or balcony overlooking the lagoon or garden. Every room has a spacious bathroom with twin basins, as well as an IP TV with satellite channels. Great food and drinks! The rooms were spacious and clean. Great selection of spa services as well.

Dairy-free, halal and gluten-free options can also be requested. Lovely location, excellent design of the resort and of the rooms. But what stood out were: the food- absolutely the best - and the staff. Everybody was smiley, helpful and genuinely committed. Special thanks to Stefan who went far beyond his responsibilities to help. The person who was organising tours from the resort put us on excellent trips and the driver recommended by the hotel was a super star. The complementary glass boat and snorkelling trip was amazing.

The resort features various facilities to please everyone. Parents can relax on a sun lounger around the pool while younger guests can have good times at the Kids Club. For more enjoyment, relaxing treatments are available at the spa. The hotel also offers other facilities such as a fitness centre, sauna and hammam. The beaches are excellent. The food from the main restaurant and from the a la carte restaurant (especially Sirius) is excellent, a good selection of wines. The personnel is very friendly, always open to help you. For AI package, the sport activities (including the water sports) are included.

The Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort offers all-inclusive accommodation in Bel Ombre. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of activities and facilities, including free access to the golf club and free WiFi. My favorite hotel I have ever stayed! Absolutely perfect, 10/10 from start to finish! The staff is incredible.

Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort offers stylish, air-conditioned rooms with interactive flat-screen TVs and data ports. Minibars with tea and coffee making facilities are also standard. Excellent golf courses. Nice food in different restaurants within the property. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful property.

Featuring self-catering villas with an infinity pool surrounded by landscaped gardens, this elegant resort is nestled on the 18-hole Heritage Golf Club. Leisure facilities include the Seven Colours Spa and a tennis court. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. I spoke to a member of staff Mr Dhanraj who was very helpful and went out of his way to get the ID pictures of all the guests including mine and did needful of a quick check in and the Villa was available even before we reached.

Located in Bel Ombre, Villa Serenité offers a patio with mountain and pool views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, tennis at the tennis court, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests also enjoy access to the spa facilities and wellness packages, as well as the beauty services and steam room. The villa was amazing, a very large pool, great livingroom and a very nice host

Set in Blue Bay, 200 metres from Blue Bay Beach, Le Peninsula Bay Beach Resort & Spa offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. The accommodation features a private beach area and a range of water sports facilities, as well as a shared lounge and a terrace. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking hotel has a sauna and karaoke. Although it's not a 5* resort, it surely did an excellent impression! We stayed there for two nights before our flight and I wished to stay longer! Room with an ocean view was fantastic! Food was also very good (shrimps, calmars, fish, crabs and etc). There is a nice vibey Blue Bay beach nearby if you don't want to snorkel in the hotels beach. Also free of charge glass boat tour was easy to book and very enjoyable ;)
