Everything was perfect and exceptional, stuff are so friendly and helpful, food was super awsome and rooms were very clean and everything tidy and in the room.....the whole experience is super fantastic.....I had a problem with booking reservation when I extended an extra night, in order that I will go to another room and I will stay one hour without a room they upgraded my room to suit villa and offer me late checkout for free.

The room was always perfectly clean - with housekeeping twice a day: the bed was made in the morning and turned down in the evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. welcome greeting at check-in - such a pleasant surprise! The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Highly recommended.

They offer a great variety of activities with a personal butler that will be at your service and ready to answer your questions and provide you with anything you need. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures or I would say even better. Food was really amazing and diverse for lunch and dinner, always fresh and tasty.
