We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. Kind staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful cenote . Everything was perfect! Definetely suggesting.

The vibe, the design, the pool in the middle of the hotel, the walking paths throughout, the privacy, the outdoor shower in the rooms, and most of all, the pool INSIDE the room. Already looking for dates to rebook. Will be back.

Guests at Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret can enjoy a continental breakfast. We stayed four nights. We wanted to be close to the Xcaret parks. This hotel is at walking distance. The setting is in a jungle. Very nice. All of the staff are wonderful. There is a good breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed this place very much. Thank you to all the staff. Mike & Lilly

Ideally situated in Playa del Carmen, IPANA Luxury Apartments by Vacaciones.Yeah features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The apartment has a rooftop pool with a pool bar, as well as spa facilities and a 24-hour front desk. Great location near all Playa had to offer, short walk to cafes, restaurants, beach. Nice neighborhood. Great facilities and very comfortable. Underground parking was very useful.

Amazing pools The road is a bit rough to the location but manageable, when we left they were amending it. (that;s how the roads are even when you want to go to the beaches from the main road). And the staff is just amazing.

A vegan option can also be requested. Layla Tulum has a relaxing vibe and the personel are kind and helpful. The location is just next to our go to restaurants.

Guests at Hotel Bardo - Adults Only can enjoy an American breakfast. Location is great. The hotel is in the middle of the jungle with top class facilities. The pool, the Yoga area, and the rest of the facilities are beautiful. The suit was stunning with a very nice outdoor shower. The food was great and staff were very friendly.
