Gosh, Hotel Milam was beyond what we expected. The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨

It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.

The restaraunt is amazing, BEST guacamole we've ever eaten and the most incredible Cocktails menu! I really wanted somewhere to eat authentic mexican food and that is exactly what we got. You can also borrow bikes from the accommodation and bike to nearby Cenote's. We visited 2x different ones in one day, super close and beautiful to experience!

We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Breakfast each day was delicious, we could have it in the restaurant beside the beach or brought to our rooms- a lovely touch! The pool and beach lounges are stunning too. It’s the most lovely stay we’ve had! Would love to visit again.
