Miss Shinly is the host, she was very considerate and her instructions regarding car park and key collection was crystal clear and documented. The place was clean and has facilities like bathtub/TV/ Netflix/ Kitchen. Besides that My family and I enjoyed the spectacular seafront view and the fireworks during countdown ofc. Gotta thank Miss Shinly for this experience. Overall it was a great stay. 🥰

The air-conditioned accommodation is 6.8 km from 1st Avenue Penang. The property is non-smoking and is situated 6.9 km from Penang Times Square. There is a lots of facilities that can be used. Quite enjoy with the pool table and karaoke. Didn’t get the chances to try the jacuzzi due to fire across the street, and the fire station have cut down the electricity at that area almost whole night. This homestay is nearby the little venting cafe, it is within walking distance, so we can walk to there to have breakfast.

Well designed (except for the missing high watt outlet in bathroom), first class, 5 star hotel. Had the decor and amenities expected for a 5 star hotel. We had reserved 2 King rooms, but were upgraded to a King with an adjoining room of 2 singles at a higher floor and was able to get a 3 pm late checkout due to a planned power outtage when we were checking in. Power outtage took out only the air conditioning for an hour, which wasn't too bad, since we took that time to go out for dinner.

We absolutely loved our view from our room, we loved the comfort of the room and the big bathroom, we loved the generous breakfast that had all kinds of dishes. We enjoyed the enormous evening buffet. We also had a spa treatment an a couples massage that was incredible. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but there is a free shuttle service everyday provided by the hotel to Batu Ferringhi and to George town. The beach was beautiful but we didn't swim as there were lots of big jellyfish. All in all a memorable experience.

Probably the only place we stayed at in Malaysia that felt like a real hotel. The staff had immaculate manners and even prepared our early breakfast to take away at 5:30am due to our early flight. I didn't try their restaurants but I strongly recommend taking a little walk outside (if you can brave the traffic whizzing by you on narrow roads) and trying the local cuisine there. It was probably the best food we had on our trip to Malaysia! There is also an excellent Chinese place behind the restaurant - try the crab or the shrimp there and you'll be blown away.

Staff - The most welcoming and wonderful staff. They excelled in all areas. 2. Cleanliness - Very clean and well kept property. I experienced regular cleaning of common area as well as the room. 3. Location - right across Karon Beach. However, around 6:30 PM, everything (shops, restaurants, etc.) almost around would close. You had to travel a bit for food, etc. later in the evening. Also, no Halal food options nearby. 4. Breakfast - Very nice setup. There were Halal options (breads, fruits, etc.) available.
