The hotel is very beautiful, especially the garden! The pool is pleasant, the spa section is relaxing, the lounge and garden areas are great to spend time in. Staff is friendly helpful and polite. They made us feel welcomed there. Maybe the best part of our stay was the food, which is extraordinary!

I was initially concerned about cleanliness and food, but both exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The food was delicious—clearly, they have a talented chef—and the breakfast menu changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. We had a wonderful stay in the Aikawa Hotel! All the people of the staff are very friendly and treated us very well. We loved the service all the time (bus terminal pickup, tour organisation, food, help with questions). We also did two tours with the friendly guide Raj. He gave us a lot of informations about the Chitwan Nationalpark and did a very good job by spooting animals in the wild. We saw a lot of Rhinos, deers, birds, crocodiles. We can recommend to book the tours in directly in the hotel! The breakfast and the food in the lunch and dinnertime was delishes. Best food on our Nepal stay so far. For all the guests in future: Stay in this hotel to make your stay unforgettable. We will come back!

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the accommodation. Location was perfect, couldn't ask for a better spot. Staff were very friendly, room was a good size with my own bathroom.
