After traveling for a while I was looking forward to a pool day which unfortunately wasn’t possible as there was an issue with the filter in the pool which would have been nice to learn in advance. Also had an issue with power cuts for the steam in the spa but ended up chatting to and getting to know the lovely staff for a long time instead which was super nice. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely recommended if within your budget and a nice relaxing stay :-)

At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a spa centre. The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire and car hire are available at Atisha Hotel. I love this place. staff is super friendly. rooms are clean and cozy. laundry is good! I highly recommended that place .

I got sick (not at the hotel) after I checked out but I had left my luggage at the hotel, so I went back and the staff was very perceptive of my quandary and helped a lot. The staff at the restaurant gave me bananas even though it was not ripe yet, because I had needed the bananas badly (to restore my potassium etc as advised by the doctor), without me having to leave the restaurant. Also Sonee at the reception helped me every step of the way to be well enough to resume travel by giving me headache medicine that I needed, she also gave me water and provided me with a place I can rest and charge my phone while waiting for my airport taxi ride that she had also kindly arranged for me at no extra charge and all these even though I was already checked out. I am so grateful to the kind staff at the hotel's reception and restaurant!

Located in perfect area, real jungles in the city. Not far from the city center but located in hidden quiet place.

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. The staffs were very friendly and specially, Mr Milan in the front office. They arranged our safari itinerary and the nature guide was amazing. The food was so good with an open kitchen that I’m currently feeling like going back. The room is well equipped and super comfortable. They have a spa called Ai Spa and the spa session was amazing. The sauna in the end helped me relax and relieve all my stress. They have a coffee shop names Ai Cafe. The coffee was so good that the entire lobby was aromatic. They have a garden in the making which sounds like an unique plan. The communication of staffs, the hospitality and service are over the top. Definitely will recommend.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the accommodation. Front dest manager Om and his team are amazing! Very kind and welcoming.

Vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options can also be requested. Excellent breakfast! The staff were wonderful- friendly and very helpful when you needed to organise taxis or excursions. We had a room with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains- quite superb!
