The property is non-smoking and is set 47 km from RNZAF Base Ohakea. Unfortunately we only stayed here one night on our way to Wellington as I would dearly have loved to stay longer in this little gem of a property. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, adding so many little extras which made it truly a wonderful place to stay. Situated in their garden, surrounded by nature, the property had a wonderfully comfy bed, great shower, good cooking facilities and lovely outside seating. We were offered a swim in the pool and use of the Bbq which unfortunately we didn't have time to try. I would totally recommend staying here and certainly would love to return

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. The house is beautiful and clean. Both rooms are spacious with their own ensuite bathrooms. Issac and Annie were very welcoming and made sure we had plenty of supplies. It is so much better than a hotel. We really love the apartment. Definitely our first choice when we visit Hamilton again.

The little apartment is spotless clean and has everything you need (shampoo, body lotion, hairdryer, even cosmetic products! and more). The bed was super comfy and the TV with Netflix a great plus. The kitchenette is well equipped - you can cook a meal if you want. There was everything that you can hope for breakfast (bread, spreads, nespresso machine, Granola, Yoghurt, milk etc). All in all a wonderful accommodation :)

Great location, beautiful inside and out, super clean with amazing sheets and comforters, nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash, kitchen fully stocked and lovely, spa pool and all towels were very nice! Steve was the greatest host and us 8 adults were super comfortable here!

Guests staying at this apartment have access to a balcony. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. This was our 2nd time staying here at Frank's place. We love it. It is clean, very comfortable and a short walk to the beach. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are a real treat, and rarely do you have to share these. The breakfast provisions are very generous, even overly generous. Frank is a great host.Highly recommend.

Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Taupo, like skiing, cycling and fishing. Hiking can be enjoyed nearby. Don is amazing. It felt like a family member was welcoming us home. The place was clean, overlooking lake Taupō. It has good space to spread out! Thank you for the bag of chocolates on our arrival as well!
