Our stay was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, and our standard rooms were upgraded to beautiful mountain view rooms. The food was delicious, and the calm environment made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Third time staying here and we always love to come back! Super relaxed, very spacious, nicely integrated into nature and the surrounding. Everyone can relax and have fun, the staff is very friendly, and the location is perfect to explore the area. And the weather is of course amazing, huge difference in temperature compared to the rest of GCC. I also love the fact that there is no wifi as it truly means an electronic detox, for adults and children alike, which we all desperately need.

All very new, clean and confortable. Very friendly efficient staff. Food very good and beautifully presented, buffet for dinner andbreakfast with lots of choice. Good free parking just outside. Quiet and spacious room

We got an upgrade from sultantent to grand chalet, so accommodation was very good, spacious room. we were here in january so temperature was around 11 degrees and quite cold in the room at night. Food (both breakfast and diner) is very good! we had à Hyundai Creta (2WD) and easily reached Sama (only last 9km is unpaved but good road).
