The hotel is in a wonderful location with a fantastic view of Lake Titicaca. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The staff was amazing—friendly and always ready to help. There’s also a spa if you feel like relaxing. Both the breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. This was a great experience for us, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.
Spacious room, comfy warm bed. Good location & good shower. Breakfast was also good.
A wonderful stay with a lovely family. The room was very nice and spacious. It's very relaxing looking out onto the lake. Cesar did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. He shared lots about their community and life. The food was also great!
Nice and cozy place to stay in Puno. The receptionists were really welcoming and the breakfast was great. It is within walking distance of the town centre and bus station. My room was comfortable and spacious and I organised a tour with the hotel (they offer many at a great price).
Comfortable and spacious room, tasty breakfast, very helpful staff
The hotel staff is really helpful and the breakfast is simple but lovely. The beds are pretty comfortable and the quadruple room was spacious.
We loved this hotel, everything about it, outstanding! The staff is more than helpful, the room very spacious with lots of storage possibilities. The shower was wonderful. Good breakfast and great location close to the main square and a short ride from the bus station. We highly recommend Puno Terra and would definitely stay here again.
We had a modern and comfortable room with plenty of storage space. The manager is very accommodating and helped us organizing a kayak tour to the Uros. We could check in before the official time, as the room was already free. It's a short walk from the city center, which didn't bother us at all. But it is closer to the bus station. As is often the case in Peru, breakfast is unfortunately not a highlight. But we would come back anytime. Price-performance ratio is very good.
The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the center of Puno and its major attractions, restaurants, and bars! The staff was kind and friendly, offering helpful advice and suggestions. After check-out, I was allowed to use their relaxation area to work until my next bus. The room was truly spacious, with a generously sized bathroom. It was the first and only hotel with a radiator (very useful for drying clothes), a very comfortable bed, and a large wardrobe! The breakfast was excellent, especially with its variety.
