The views to the shore were spectacular. The hotel is impeccably maintained, nicely appointed, and in a convenient (if touristy) location for walking. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful in getting us both checked in and out. Our arrival time in Lima put us at the hotel hours before the standard check in time, but they were kindly able to accommodate an early check in. We departed the city on a red-eye; again the front desk staff were kindly able to help us store our luggage for the entire day after we checked out. The in-hotel restaurants were great options for both food and drinks.

Our hotel has 157 rooms, which offers all the services that our guest need. Also, here you can enjoy different recreational spaces such as gym, spa, pool, terrace, rooftop and also a delicious menu in our restaurant La Plaza Bar & Grill. Shops are 300 m away whereas Lima's historic city center is 3.7 mi away. Free WiFi access is available. If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

It’s convenient and save time when your flight arrive late and you want to rest asap. I would like to thank for the staff - Miguel who helped not only the luggage but also translate English to Spanish to the driver. Thanks also for the lady (forgot to ask her name! But she checked in for me on the night 13th Jan around 7pm)on the front desk, she is helpful not only to find my booking (cos someone mixed up the last name and first name) but also fixed my name on my next hotel booking initiatively.
