The hotel is very nice. The pool from the room was heated and a very nice experience. The breakfast was very good, with a big buffet, better than other places on the island. Also the restaurant, has very good food, but a bit pricey.

Packed lunches are also available. The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. The 24 hrs access to the hot spring pools was fantastic. We had the pools to ourselves after 5 pm. We ate sushi one night and it was delicious. Parking was easy and convenient. They allowed us to keep our entrance to gardens and hot spring after check out and even gave us a new robe and towels.

We had to check out too early for the breakfast but we plan to return someday and enjoy it then. The breakfast was exceptionally made and the food varied from day to day which made each morning a little surprise! The staff was very forthcoming and friendly - the cook would always chat with us in the morning and even the owners passed by to introduce themselves. Everything was very personal and you could see and feel the love that is being poured into this hotel!

Staff was wonderful and accommodating and helpful. breakfast was good, may add some variety to make it better rooms were wonderful but wifi spotty beds comfy, and cleaning staff wonderful property is in a good location, pool was cold and had chemicals that hurt the eyes, but the hot tub was a great alternative driveway was steep and garage very tight, would suggest small cars only
