The bed was so comfortable .. the shower amazing .. the staff too OMG the staff so attentive and kind and genuine. I loved this hotel .. may be the most favorite place I’ve ever stayed worldwide. A special shout out to Min at the breakfast restaurant .. he was so so good even though he was in training. He will be a fantastic employee

You get a lof of extras (to go): different types of (cold brew) coffee, the best Thai tea we’ve ever had, etc. The beach is very beautiful as well and you can use complementary snorkeling gear. Our baby received his own toiletries (including an animal toothbrush he loved!) en in room dining for him (<24 months) is also complementary. All in all great and definitely worth the price!

The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. We had good experience. The manager was really helpful. My child had eye infection, the manager drive us to the nearby clinic. All the staffs are so polite and helpful. The meal was prepared upon request and it was really good. My child who is picky eater, enjoyed the food prepared.
