We asked for an extra table to work on and they got us a proper desk with a desk chair. Boasting stunning sea views and a beachfront location, The Nai Harn is nestled in a tropical hillside overlooking the beautiful Nai Harn Beach. Comfortable rooms and suites offer a spacious balcony that looks out towards the ocean. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Truly exceptional stay. Would give 12 stars if possible! What a beautiful view from every room. Everywhere was service with a smile. Breakfast variety is just about enough, but the quality is outstanding: free range charcuterie hams, cold pressed sugarcane juice/cold drip coffee, eggs Florentine at the egg station, house-made jams etc. They offered us a free upgrade but we didn't take it because the better room is on 8th floor and the lift only goes up to 6th, plus my friend had a bad back. But they were very kind to show us both rooms and let us choose. Anyway both had the same extra-comfy super king bed, great view and bathtub. The beach is a mere 3 min walk from the lobby. For hotel guests, they offer free beach chairs, umbrella setup, and even one kayak, paddle board and a motor boat if you know how to use it. First come first serve basis. The beach itself is perfection. Fine powdery sand, not too hot on the feet even at noon, and generally calm waves by Phuket standards. Very special compliments to Champ and Kee managing the Nai Harn beach gear at Rock Salt restaurant. Champ made our entire beach experience lovely with his cheerful attitude and helpfulness. When we got into some trouble in the sea with the paddleboard, Kee spotted us immediately and alerted Champ who ran to come help. My friend would have lost her glasses if not for Champ's help! He really is a champ 🏆 Outside the resort, Rawai area has some decent restaurants and 30 min drive to the Old Town/weekend night market. If we come back to stay at the Nai Harn it would be for the fantastic hotel service and proximity to a nice beach. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday!

The hotel is located on a hill , surrounded by different types of trees, plants, makes you feel like in a jungle. It’s super green. Staff was friendly, helpful, room was always clean. The furniture is modern , no smell or mold. Breakfast has various choices like English breakfast , also noodles and thai option. There are a few pools , Mango pool was our favorite, it’s the biggest. I loved staying there and would like to recommend it for others.

The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. This hotel is perfect! The staff is really kind, friendly and helpful and the food is very delicious. Everything is clean and the cleaning of the room is excellent. We had a wonderful stay in a spacious room with balcony. I recommend it, it’s the best choice! :)
