This is, for sure, the best hotel I have ever stayed! We had room with the big terrace overlooking city with great view on the balloons in the morning. Room was spacious and very comfortable, with nice and clean bathroom including all toiletries you could need. Breakfast buffet is so good! Lot of options to choose from and everything was delicious. All staff were so kind and helpful but I have to mention Fatma and Gulsen. Fatma made our breakfast even better - almays smiling, welcoming and attentive. She memorised almost instantly what kind of coffee do we like or how we like our eggs. Gulsen was our private tour guide that we booked with the hotel and she really made a difference in our stay in Cappadocia. She was so pleasant, nice and caring. Her stories and point of views were so interesting! Also the spa and pool area are nice additon to our stay. Staff was very attentive before and during our stay, they helped us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel is very good, it has incredible views of Goreme, including of the balloons in the morning. The bedrooms are very spacious in cave style, with a good decoration. We highly recommend it!!
