Especially, Guest Relationship Manager - Ksenia handling a cycle in a decent form. As it was our wedding anniversary, they organised a 'table' for us. We were very happy Even they find a possibility to early check-in, which is rare in Turkey

In February all services were functioning, rich choices in buffet, bathrobe and slippers in rooms to go to pool and beach, also large beachbag available in room as a gift. Staff most welcoming, efficient drink service everywhere. Water in outdoor pool 26c, slides were working full day from early morning (break only at 12.00 for ~1 hour), pool bar also working. Inner pool nice 28 c. Weather in Feb is warm enough to sunbathe between 11-15 oclock. Bear in mind, that mornings and evenings are very cold.

Our stay in the hotel was really unbelievable and worth the money. The hotel has a huge territory with lots of entertaining places, several indoor and outdoor pools, many restaurants, private beach and bars that provide free drinks all day long. The food was excellent 👌main restaurant was my fav place to eat. The room was clean and cozy. Entertainment group was working all day to make everyones stay more exiting. I especially remembered Can , the guy who was taking care of everyone’s mood. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t want to leave the hotel🥹

The property is 100 metres from Cirali Beach and 2 km from Chimera. This hotel stands out with its efficient, friendly, and accommodating staff. They greet you with a complimentary glass of wine of your choice and again offer tea or coffee at check out. We experienced a problem before check-in that was not related to this hotel, and we were met with quick and friendly help and a smile. Breakfast was served individually at the table, and what a breakfast it was! There were endless dishes of a traditional Turkish breakfast, plus eggs of your choice, fruits, and pastries.

It was the second time we stayed at this resort. Everything was perfect: location, food, room, services, evening events. Special thanks to the personal managers - Dastan and Polina. There are 2 water slides, children’s pool and a playground on site. Our stay was wonderful. The atmosphere was calm, the beach was clean and relaxing, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. Services were available everywhere in the resort all day. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional, which made the experience very special.. thanks all 🤍
