Aqua park offers a complimentary access to adrenaline-pumping rides and relaxed explorations including 55 water slides. Everything, the food, the entertainment, the rides, the shopping but most of all we loved the staff!! Especially Aizhan and Sęyma at the guest relations! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassel free. I had a horrible asthma attack while there and they made sure I got the best help including getting me to the clinic. And then checked on me every morning after that. They sent breakfast to the room, got my medicine and made sure my kids had fun in the meantime! We are so grateful and will never forget this true Turkish hospitality!! Another must mention was the amount and choice of food available! The chefs, the Bakers and the kitchen staff were all beyond amazing! We will definitely return to our home away from home😍

The hotel was excellent, and the food was incredibly delicious, diverse, and full of flavor. Every staff member was kind, friendly, and welcoming. A special thanks to Mehmet and Ali from the restaurant section for their great service. But I want to give an extra special thank you to Pedram,he was incredibly kind, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. His warm attitude and constant smile truly made our experience even better. Thank you so much, dear Pedram! I highly recommend trying the hotel’s massage services and Turkish bath, they were absolutely fantastic! It was an unforgettable and relaxing experience. A big thank you to Kiki, Soleyman, and another lovely lady from the spa team (whose name unfortunately i don’t remember)for guiding me through the process and making sure everything was perfect. Situated on Lara Beach, this spa resort boasts an elegant landscaped pool area with palm trees and waterslides. It offers air-conditioned guestrooms with balconies and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Cleanliness, hospitality of all the staff were extra friendly going out of there way to help always. Excellent selection of food choices, and beverages, the entertainment was amazing, the host could have done better he would put on some silly accent and when doing the qui night he would repeatedly go to the same guests instead of being fair. Bahar and Sultan were extremely great entertainers and really friendly, the staff at the service desk were helpful and very professional always asking if I needed anything. Thank you to the lady who gave me a complimentary bottle of wine and a complimentary spa and massage it was fabulous. The spa facilities were amazing. I cannot wait to see you all again next year.

She showed us three rooms until we found one that exactly matches our requirements and that was when the hotel was almost full. This room made all the difference in our enjoyment of the stay, can’t thank you enough.
