The host are very friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was very delicious and homey, local style of porridge and dishes. Serve with coffee and their own produced tea. Great stay if looking for a place to chill and relax. Host would offer to drive us up to Alishan and to Chiayi highspeed railway station with most affordable price. The stay is near to the Shi Zhuo 5 walking trails.

The cypress wood themed decor and furniture were very beautiful, located not too far from the big road that leads you into Fenchihu. It gave us awesome discount vouchers for the local vendors that you can spend at the Fenchihu Old Street, as well as breakfast vouchers (100NTD PER guest) that you can spend at the convenience store immediately outside the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also offered bento boxes for its guests at a discounted price which were very tasty and convenient.

Homestay was in the middle of a lush tea farm as you can see from an aerial photo which I have attached to this review. Entrance to the tea trails was just next to the homestay which was very convenient. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed has heater which kept us warm in bed. Host was very accommodating and fetched us to/from various places in Shuzhuo. Host served us different homecooked breakfast spread for the 2 days we stayed there. Highly recommended.

The view here is wonderful, a very peaceful place for relax. The areas around the place satisfy your wonderlust... Amazing sunrise and sunset. Breakfast outside with an amazing view. The temperature are just nice for spring. Ah Qi, serves great food and often enjoys drinking high mountain tea with the guest.

The location was stunning, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The owners were so friendly and made a real effort to tell us about the tea, despite the fact that neither of us spoke Chinese. The tea itself was really special. We paid for the evening meal, this, as well as the breakfast were delicious. I was really impressed that all the veg came from their garden. The room was really spacious, the bed was massive and really comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean.

Cleaniness level was good. Host were very friendly, they even invited us to have a tea drinking session with them. Breakfast has vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Big space to put our luggage in the room, there's even heater for the toilet bowl. And most importantly, there's a bus stop infront of the stay for bus 7329 and 7322 to Alishan or back to Chia Yi HSR and Chia Train station respectively.

Clean and relaxing B&B. You can enjoy delicious breakfast with beautiful mountain view in the morning. 15 minutes walk to Shizhou bus stop where you can find plenty eateries and convenience stores.

Very nice bed and breakfast in Shizuo! There are a couple of beautiful viewpoints in the area, and you are about a 5-10 minute drive away from the main area of Shizuo. Bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. Wifi worked well too. Breakfast was very yummy and the host communicated with me well enough (my Chinese is kinda spotty).
