When you arrive to a hotel reception, you just can sense that this is a professional and full service hotel. I liked the classic design in the lobby and the room. Very good shower and I also liked the coin laundry.

Great design and facility! The hot spring and spa service were great - both adults and kids had a great time! Buffet breakfast was very luxurious. Staff were super friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again in the future!

Super chill and relaxing. Beautiful scenery. Lots of interesting plants etc to explore especially coffee plants. So interesting to be able to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast that incorporates local herbs and vegetables. Owners friendly and chatty. Felt comfortable asking them many questions about Taiwan.

The He-Jia Hotel was a very nice and cozy hotel with spacious rooms. The hotel is located near 全连 Supermarket so you can just drop by and grab some snacks before heading back. The hotel also had breakfast delivery, with the option of vegetarian. We tried both non vege and vege, almost the same. The toilet seat was a bidet and also included a bathtub. They also had a washing machine and a dryer for laundry.

Room was big, bed was very comfortable. We got breakfast which was nice as the staff was very punctual in delivering the food. Overall no complaints, toilet was spacious too. Will definitely stay here again if in Tong Luo.
